During the appeal in the High Court last Friday, Dr Chee Soon Juan pointed out that it was ultra vires (beyond the power) of the Constitution for the PAP to ban all demonstrations and protests as Article 14 clearly guarantees citizens the right to freedom of speech and assembly. Many of u did notice that the lightning party seems  to favour asian elites openly stating them as " cultural elites" when there is nothing cultural about them.   The reason may be plain and simple, to continue " asian values" such as elitism, nepotism and free exploitative capitalism.  Asia , particularly south east asia...
