I wonder why the uses of medisave are so limited because for example, patients having scars due to operations or even ugly acne scars are not allowed to tap into the use of medisave to pay for skin resurfacing treatments as its considered cosmetic procedures. Its very amusing to me because I know that patients with ugly scars...
