The Arab bloc in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, is due to table a vote of no-confidence, in the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. It says his handling of the war on Gaza is making it difficult to reach a deal on the release of captives and an end to the violence. This is the 2nd no-confidence motion targetted... 

The British-flagged oil tanker M/V Marlin Luanda is still on fire in the Gulf of Aden after it was hit by a Houthi missile on January 26. The Singapore-headquartered Trafigura company said in a statement, "The crew is continuing efforts to control the fire in one of the ship’s cargo tanks with support from military vessels."...
