The PAP method has always been this: quickly telling the population what their problem is before they have time to properly think out what they really are - so as to distract and diffuse the real issue. So BG Yeo has come out to slime MM and call for change in the PAP, and he asks for a strong mandate from the voters in Aljunied so that he can transform the PAP.
