It's true that everyone makes mistakes. But you apologise for your mistakes sincerely whereas PAP will not even admit mistake but will push the blame to everyone else but itself. They only apologise during the elections to save themselves. They are not sincere in their apologies. It's not that we expect perfection from ministers...
