Living in London and Tokyo, I thought there is heck a lot of bellyaching in Singapore over stuff like service outages by SMRT and Singtel, flooding (or ponding according to some) etc. Crowded trains, connections down, strikes - the Brits and the Japanese seems to take them in their stride.
