Yes, 6 ministers need to tell you this. Every 2 or 3 days. For 2 weeks. Yes, why? Because 1 person cannot do the job. Because just once is not enough. Why? Because... 

Tin's definition of "budgetary support" is the money the government is using to prop up the "economy" as a whole. In other words, it is "budgetary expenditure", which might not largely benefit the individual directly. A more useful comparison with other countries would be to look at how much tax and social security revenue... 

I was sent this picture showing a very crowded bus stop full of students, after classes ended yesterday. I gather the bus stop must be very near to the school or even just outside it.
