I have read TRE breaking news article ('BREAKING: Auditors give adverse ratings to PA’s financial reports'). I would like to draw your attention to the definition of "Adverse Opinion" as defined by ACRA and put up by TRE in the same article. ACRA is essentially saying that the auditors were not able to qualify PA's reports...
