I refer to the case where a Filipino resident in Singapore filing a police report against a supposedly Singaporean insulting the newly crowned Miss World from the Philippines with racist remarks ('Pinoy files police report against ‘SGean’ for racism'). In my investigations, I don't think the said person is a Singaporean....
