As a Singaporean , I read with shock and concern in the article in the Straits Times on Tuesday 4th June 2013,  that Citibank Singapore employs nearly 40% Foreigners. How is this possible? How did it get to such a large level of 40%? Are the jobs at Citibank so specialized that only few qualified Singaporeans can do them?...

Let’s have a small dose of neutrality here. No government is perfect, not least ours. But it’s amazing how any negative outcome can suddenly become the PAP’s/immigrant’s fault. Sometimes, if the more far-out TRE contributors stop and think, I wonder if they suddenly realise how silly their accusations sound. No cholera...
