I wish to have this story published to be made know to all Singaporeans.   On the 7/5/2013 Tuesday @ 1930, I had an accidental fall at an old red brick staircase at Blk 293 Chua Chu Kang Ave 3.   The staircase is close to the bus-stop linked to the block. There are 2 residents from Block 293 giving their feedback that...
