I don’t know if you all notice this but it seems the Singapore model is such, legislation is passed first and discussed later, with no impact analysis done, one reason is because we don’t have enough opposition in Parliament even though 40 percent of Singaporeans voted for the opposition, I don’t know how we derive that...
