Dear Ms Chua Mui Hoong,   I refer to your Straits Times article dated 11 Feb 2010. (read article here)   You said that rising HDB resale prices is not an issue to the majority of 880,000 flat owners.  However, there are perhaps 2 million or more children living in those 880,00 flats who would one day grow up and become buyers...
