HDB breaks commits offence, ignores my complaints and penalizes other motorists for same offence

I am a resident in Dover Road for over 30 years and am recently affected by the Enbloc/SERS upgrading and have to shift about 500m from my existing home to the new ones at Blocks 28A to D at Dover Crescent. I do not have any outstanding summons with the HDB nor do I own a vehicle. I love my home and the residents in the small...

I refer to the report by Teh Joo Lin, "Romanian diplomat says he won't return", which I read with great disappointment. Since the incident happened, all Dr Silviu Ionescu has done is to deny any responsibility and proclaim his innocence. Guilt aside, it would certainly have been more palatable to me and I believe most Singaporeans...
