Oh dear! Here we go again. Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan raised the possibility of transport fares rising again in Parliament. Of course, he masked the important statement about TRANSPORT COST RISING, by saying that it is not sustainable for taxpayers to increasingly subsidise the cost of operating Singapore's public transport...
