All Palestinians should die

Author: Florida state Republican lawmaker has sparked outrage after she said that all Palestinians should die during a debate on a ceasefire resolution in the state legislature.
The resolution, proposed by the Democratic state representative Angie Nixon, called for an end to the Israeli invasion of Gaza, which has killed more than 10,000 Palestinians, many of them children. The invasion was triggered by a Hamas attack from Gaza that killed at least 1,400 Israelis and captured more than 200 hostages.
The resolution was rejected by the Florida State House by a vote of 104-2.
Nixon said in her speech, “We are at 10,000 dead Palestinians. How many will be enough?”
Michelle Salzman, a Republican state representative, shouted back, “All of them.” - a stance shared by many in Washington DC.

The video misrepresents the GOP candidates by taking their words out of context. By “wiping them out” or “finishing the job,” they were referring to Hamas and not the Palestinian population. Salzman’s remark is not shard by “many” as claimed by the contributor. There are over 500 members in Congress, and DC has a population of over 700,000. Can the contributor specify exactly how many is “many in Washington DC” who share her extreme position? So, don’t try to bluff us readers. LOL!

Where did you get the “wiping them out” or “finishing the job” from? There was also no mention of “Hamas”, so you assumed?
It was a simple “how many is enough” in the video, and the reply was “all of them”.

Ok, you are right. The phrase “wiping them out” was not used in the GOP debate but it conveys the same idea as to “finish them.” Israel declared war on “Hamas” and set out to wipe out Hamas, not the Palestinians. It’s not wrong to assume that the candidates were referring to Hamas. Watch the video- there is clear reference by DeSantis to “Hamas” and to “finish the job” (2:11). Again, Halley immediately came in after DeSantis and used the phrase “finish them” (2:19). The context is clearly a reference to Hamas.
The votes 104-2 taken were not on Salzman’s remark and do not represent her stance that all Palestinians should die. You may be overstating your case.
