作者:李剑芒 在公司战略里，一个最让人头疼的概念就是所谓的“沉淀成本”。什么叫沉淀成本呢？首先我们要明白什么是公司最佳战略。公司的最佳战略就是从战略制定的那个时 间向将来看，在所有的各种战略选择中，将给公司带来最大利益的那个战略选择，它就是公司的最佳战略。一个理性的公司应该永远追求那个最佳战略。 但往往公司并不是这样，公司往往追求的是既定战略。因为公司已经在某个领域进行了战略投资，这个投资已经投出去了，收不回来了，所以叫“沉淀成本”！这个“沉淀成本”使得公司漠视新展示出来的任何战略机会而死死套在了既定战略上，哪怕既定战略只能带来新出现的最佳战略十分之一的利益。 也有人说，公司和人一样，对自己过去做出的决定有一定的“感情”。这种“感情”使得公司很难摆脱“沉淀成本”而转向新的最佳投资战略。 搞明白“沉淀成本”，除了搞明白人的自然愚蠢倾向（不愿意认错）外，我们还要知道另一个因素；即一些人利用“沉淀成本”攻击执政者。公司主要职位谁都想做。IBM的CEO...
