I’ve refrained from commenting here although I often visit this site. I won’t defend the behavior of (many) of my fellow countrymen. I’ve had my share of poor service. I learned that NTT Docomo Intertouch outsourced their help desk to Manila. I needed to call them for help from a hotel and there was no professionalism...

The latest shuffling of the Cabinet and leadership appointments that has taken place by the PAP have shown that the establishment recognize the need for a change in existing policies and their modus operandi. Clearly, this is a case of too-little-too-late as rectifications and help will not deliver to the afflicted overnight....
