I am amused by the PUB director's reply ('Stemming floods: What PUB plans to do'; Sept3) to the report on the efforts by a Tessarina condominium resident, Dr Audrey Tan, to get it to do something about the flooding of Wilby Road, just outside the condo ('Flood campaigner's persistence pays off'; Aug29).
