When my buddy texted me that Michael Palmer has resigned as Speaker of Parliament and MP of Punggol East SMC, I took it with a pinch of salt. When I saw this [Link], I was shocked! No, not because he messed around with a woman other than his wife but I was taken aback by the comment made by Teo Chee Hean. I quote from Today...
