Let’s face it, the land that the three Abrahamic Faiths call Holy is anything but. At the time of writing, it has been reported that at least 3,500 people have died on both sides, 12,000 have been wounded and 400,000 have been displaced in the Gaza Strip. The sad statistics can be found here. Unfortunately, for the people in the region, this bout of Unholy activity is playing out like a “Reality TV” series. The argument is that if you read the Bible, “Israel” has been fighting a number of adversaries in this region ever since there have been people. So, this latest bout of “Unholy” activity is considered “business as usual.” Then, you’ve got to deal with the lot that believe that God is a “real-estate” agent who promised a plot of land to a Semitic Man and his decedents. Hence, whenever you get Unholy activity in this part of the world, you will have this lot getting worked up as to why the brown semitic people who lost their homes are getting upset with the European settlers who displaced them. Unfortunately for the people in the region these two groups have a lot of power. It is not in their interest to see peace. Let’s face it, the Israeli-Palestinian issue is solvable. In 1994, the late Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin reached out to his enemy, Yasser Arafat and reached a “Land-for-Peace,” deal which was supported by the majority on both sides. In theory, this could have a brilliant success if you managed to get two separate entities combining their respective strengths – Israel with her technology know-how and the Palestinians with their pool of labour. Peace was not in the interest of powerful factions. Mr. Rabin was assassinated by a Jewish Settler called Yigal Amir. That was effectively the end of the hope of peace. Israelis ended up with a politician that was to stick with them for three decades – Benyamin Netanyahu. This was a man who built his entire career on taking apart the peace process that Mr. Rabin tried so hard to take apart. Mr. Netanyahu has for the record, been accused of assisting Mr. Rabin’s assassin. [LINK] In a way, Mr. Netanyahu was supported by the Palestinians who couldn’t deliver the peace he said he wanted. Mr. Arafat ended up being boxed into his compound in Ramallah and wasn’t able to do anything. Sure, he did attend a negotiation with Mr. Netanyahu’s successor as Prime Minister, Ehud Barak and much to distaste of Western and Israeli commentators, turned down the deal (which Palestinians pointed out – screwed them). Mr. Barak was replaced b Ariel Sharon, who proceeded to ensure that Mr. Arafat rotted away in his compound. Mr. Arafat was replaced by Mahmoud Abas, who was, to put it politely, ineffective. Israeli and Western powers screwed him and when Mr. Abas failed to deliver as expected, the Palestinian people turned to the more radical group called Hamas, who believed that the only way to get the world to listen was through violence. When Hamas won an election in 2006, the Western World, lead by the USA, proceeded to sanction them, thus proving the radical elements right in its argument that Israel and its Western backers had no interest in listening to anything the Palestinians had to say. Mr. Netanyahu found his way back to power and whenever his American backers suggested he attempt to make peace, his argument was – Who exactly was he to make peace with? Was it Fatah, which couldn’t deliver (waste time) or Hamas, who were irrationally bent on destroying Israel (don’t go there). So, when Hamas launched its latest raid this month, Mr. Netanyahu had a field day projecting himself as a hero protecting the people against a group of radical nut jobs to support his falling poll ratings, just in time for the upcoming Israeli elections. Stories about Hamas going on a raping and baby-beheading spree have helped boost Mr. Netanyahu’s efforts to bomb the Gaza strip back to the Jurassic Age. However, there’s one slight problem for Mr. Netanyahu. According to a Times of Israel editorial by its diplomatic correspondent, Tal Schneider, Mr. Netanyahu’s relationship with Hamas isn’t quite as adversarial as he might want the world to believe: [LINK] Hamas has been for Mr. Netanyahu, the convenient bogeyman. They fire rockets into Israel proper, hence Mr. Netanyahu has been able to claim to the Israel public that they’re too irrationally violent to deal with. More importantly, they make life utterly miserable for Mr. Abbas, the Palestinian President. Thanks to Hamas, Mr. Netanyahu’s claim that there’s no Palestinian faction he can negotiate with is valid. Ms. Schneider’s article describes the ways in which Israeli governments lead by Mr. Netanyahu and his allies allowed Hamas to raise cash through worker remittances and through the Qatari government – things which the Israeli government could have stopped. Israel is for the record, not the only nation with issues with Hamas. Egypt, the Arab nation with the most people does not like Hamas, as do the GCC (with the exception of Qatar) and Jordan. In fact, Egyptian intelligence did warn Mr. Netanyahu that the group was up to something, a warning which he chose to ignore. So, instead of building an alliance against the radical elements of Hamas, Mr. Netanyahu chose to strengthen them. How does one describe a head of government that strengthens a group that has called for your nation’s extermination? Israelis deserve a leader like Rabin who was willing to solidify military gains by trading land for peace. There are people waiting to "catch me" to talk about all these Sudden Deaths happening recently, especially the young boy so that they could make use of me as the "POFMA PUNCHING BAG" to frighten off all those out spoken skeptics. But I just kept quiet. They must be extremely disappointed but yet, can no longer take the heat of the wide speculations going on, so much so that they have to issue press statement punching at the air above. There are a few reasons: 1) Up till now, there is still lack of long term data and if there is really any potential long term harm, it would already been done. It's just a matter of probability and time for the harm to show up. 2) If there is no potential harm, people will live happily after. 3) Excess Death is extraordinarily high and if people, especially those "experts", still don't realize something is not right and deeper investigation and study should be carried out while we should have full caution, then there isn't any hope left. 4) More likely than not, alot more people have turned skeptical when they start experiencing themselves the many "coincidences" of medical conditions or even sudden deaths around them. Some of them have become even more vocal, so much so that they have been commenting on social media very boldly. I have in effect, become "redundant" and no longer the lone voice in the wilderness. There is no more need for me to say anything. 5) Having said all these, I must caution everyone with my statistical knowledge, it is not right to jump into conclusion whenever you see a sudden death. One should not jump into conclusion on whether it is related or not. 6) It means that it is wrong to jump into conclusion that it is related, it's also wrong to jump into conclusion that it is not related. 7) One data point is not statistically significant. However, it is also not statistically meaningful to say there are XX numbers of people dying each day. All these talks are UNSCIENTIFIC to begin with. That's why I don't want to talk about all these anymore. The only scientific approach is to first establish whether there is any SIGNIFICANT CORRELATION. Then we study whether there is any possibility of causation. Some has rightly pointed out, we should compare how many youngsters in the past had died suddenly due to heart issues as compared to now. 9) But it seems that no one is interested at all. It's perfectly fine with me actually because either way, I am pretty safe, together with my wife and daughter. 10) Those who would become more cautious, skeptical or even totally flipped over, would have already done so. Those who would continue to believe the V, would continue to jab. There is nothing else or nothing much for us to talk or argue about. 11) The outcome will speak for itself. In US, those who chose to continue to jab are extremely small in percentage. Maybe most Americans think it's no longer necessary or maybe due to some other reasons. Well, to some experts or Singaporeans, these people must be stupid. No matter what, I have done my best in my effort to raise awareness. Everyone just have to learn to take responsibility for their own choice and judgement. The only daily ritual for me is to say my prayers numerous times whenever I see or hear ambulances going around me, or reading so many posts of deaths on my FB. Yes, the novelty of great number of ambulances screaming away or lights dancing around or high number of deaths announcements has worn off into numbness of norm. At the end of the day, I am just glad that my family has lived through the toughest time of silly and mindless discrimination and now, living happily with a mind liberated from any unnecessary fear or mental stress of the risk of getting unwarranted harm to our health. Well many people give me that envy look when I told them I am UnV and Uninf, thus no fear of all real or unreal risk of harm to my health. I told them don't envy me because I have gone through the worse persecution before I can achieve this state of full liberation from Fear and unknown risk of health problems. A short intense of suffering from persecution, discrimination and public humiliation via POFMA are all worthwhile for the true liberation for the rest of my life. You got to have that Iron in your mind to withstand all these nonsense. At this stage, I just have to detach myself from all other people's sufferings. Each to his own karma. I am no Buddha nor God nor Messiah. I am just human. It is no longer an issue to me how a person died or whatever caused the death. Wiping tables not required, says National Environment Agency (NEA) after video shows officers telling diner to do so at Tekka Food Centre- Today online, 17 October 23. The law that requires diners to clean up after having their meals in public places is a fairly straightforward one, ie, it requires diners not to leave behind any crockery, tissue papers, bones and drink packages etc on the table when they leave. Period. I will say my piece in a straightforward manner. The 2 enforcement officers who appeared in a recent widely circulated video 'demanding' a diner to also wipe, I repeat, to also Wipe the table before leaving was a disappointment. They were obviously not properly briefed and trained and they clearly didn't understand enough the very law that they were tasked to enforce. I do not know if they were NEA's staff or they were staff of some NEA's contractors but either way, their over zealous enforcement certainly brought shame onto NEA. I want our superbly well-paid pap environment ministars to ensure that before any enforcement officers are despatch for enforcement duty, please for goodness sake, train them properly. I ask is my request too unreasonable or is that so difficult to do? This is no rocket science at all! This recent event exposes another clear example of how much standards have dropped under the 4G pap leadership.
