The attached video shows some aunties digging and scavenging through a big dumpster for some discarded vegetables at Bukit Batok. I have no reason to doubt the authenticity of that video. If such a thing were to happen in the Philippines or in Cambodia etc, I would not have batted an eyelid but over at Bukit Batok in Singapore,...
